Good price though still a hefty price to pay.

I would keep waiting just a bit longer, if and when we get a new model in this bracket, they'll have to drop it further.

There are plenty of other options though. Contrary to popular belief, there is very minimal performative difference between a budget vs expensive piano if you go the Slickdeal route, get yourself some speakers and an amp.

In a sort of press keys get noise sure. If you want to mimic an accoustic though there's a very significant difference.

I bought this digital piano for my mother, a retired classical piano teacher, back in November (for $100 more) due to her moving to a condo and unable to have a real piano. She is typically very picky but she really enjoys this instrument! It is a great digital piano at its price point. When we bought it in November there was a backorder that delayed delivery by a week, otherwise no issues with Adorama.

Bought this same piano during the last sale. I have no regrets. Keys feel great. So many piano sounds. It has an app that you connect via Bluetooth and can play songs. Overall, still very happy with my purchase. I play it almost every other day.

Picked this up a few weeks ago at the same price.

I'm very happy with it. It's solid, sturdy, and it feels and plays like a real piano.

nothing beats yamaha clavinova CVP in terms of sound and feel, though they're at least 3x more depending on model

Digital pianos have come a really long way. I feel the vast majority of pianists, including advanced classical pianists, would be satisfied with this piano for their home instrument. Imo, from a sound and feel perspective, you'd have to be a real audiophile or pro for the value proposition to be worth it to upgrade to the next level.
