I didn't order anything but I did try it with one of the ring pro cameras and it showed discount applied at checkout. You have to remove the subscriber discount from your cart first then apply the military code.

Doesn't seem to stack for this particular camera using my edu discount, only able to get the 10% protection plan discount for this item. I was able to get the stick up battery cam for $50 w/ edu + protection plan discounts.

No, you will need the motion sensor for alarming via base station. You can set push alerts and rich notifications on mobile, but no option to notify security center.

I don't use Alexa for the same reason I don't leave cameras plugged in while I am home. My phone and Facebook spy on me enough, no need to add to it.

No, but you can set your base station in conjunction with a motion sensor to trigger video recording on the camera when it's in alarm.

For outdoor movement detection, just best to pick an outdoor model. One can even be a bit creative. I have one installed onto a lamp post and one mounted in a tree Smilie
