You have to let your subscription completely expire before you can use the promo code.

keeps saying for new subscribers only for me also. My account is expired. I got it to accept the code once, but when I hit the resume button the page errored out and would not process.

I think they finally stopped the endless use of promo codes on the same account. My subscription completely expired over 2 months ago. I've tried several codes including this one and keep getting the message stating it's for new subscribers only. I've been reading on other forums that this has been others' experience as well.

Just finding out too, but wild it was free for so long. Hoping they do some long term deals like Peacock. Not expecting $1 a month for a year, but would probably do $4.

Now you have to sign up with incognito mode on for the code to work.
