If you're worried about what the kids parents will think then you'll just have to guess or ask them. If you're worried about what the kids will think then there is nothing to worry about as 1-3 year old's don't care about themes. I've been reading the same Easter book to my toddler for a whole year now. It's about to be relevant again and it's still one of her favorites.
