Save your money- this doesn't do anything the Steam Deck doesn't do, except play Android games.
And basically all decent android games are ports of PC or console games. So it's you already have a PC or console (especially handheld or portable) then this is basically pointless.
So I want this. But I have a SteamDeck... Do I actually need this? Does it give me anything more than just adding a razor kishi to my Pixel 6 Pro?
1. This is for cloud gaming (streaming) and android games. It can play emulators, up through some PS2... (So, PS1, N64, Saturn, Dreamcast, GameCube (some), Wii (some), NDS, 3DS (some))
2. It has a way better screen. (1080p).
3. It was a hard sell at launch for $350, but for $250, its really nice.
4. Get both, SD and this, if you can afford it. They serve two different functions.

I personally got rid of my SD and am waiting for my Retroid Pocket Flip, because I didn't like the SD and I love me some clamshells.
I bought this. In addition to everything above, it also has fantastic battery life, ergonomics, & weight, It's definitely a fair price at $250, particularly when I compare it to the notion of using a telescopic controller with one of my old phones. I wanted something to really make Android gaming/emulation worthwhile for me and I think this finally does it.
