Given the amount of counterfeit products on Amazon and how pervasive counterfeits have become even with very convincing SSDs, the last thing I'm doing is trusting my health to some pills that have governments known for massive corruption and terrible import/export controls with their neighbors (China).
Proposition 65 is a California proposition with the purpose of electing gubernatorial candidate Tom Bradley back in 1986, however, it failed to bring enough voters to the voting booths that'd also vote for Tom Bradley that otherwise would not have gone to the polls. By telling voters that it would force companies to label products containing "chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity in water," the hope was they'd eagerly show up to vote rather than stay home, and that those who'd vote for the proposition would also vote for Tom Bradley. But, as many chemicals can be traced as a possible cause of cancer if ingested in certain quantities and that the penalty for not putting the label on products is in the hundreds of millions since the release of the law, it's simply better to put it on anything/everything, since no one that knows about Proposition 65 takes it seriously other than the court system.
tl;dr Californian 1986 Election shenanigans waste ink and webpage space in hopes of altering the election but fails and now every company puts it on their labels to avoid fines.

Spirulina is a healthy food, but expecting this to do much is like expecting pill-sized amounts of broccoli to do something.

Anyone read the comments. You got to take 6 tablets daily. Some people got seriously sick sick. Some had to go to the ER even. Alot of bad things happened to several people. And it's supposed to taste horrible and have a really bad after taste to the point of getting sick. To many bad things said for me to try. But someone who gets let me know if it helps you in anyway.

Actually, sulforaphane (the compound in raw broccoli and broccoli sprouts) does indeed carry amazing benefits in pill form. Check out the brand BROQ (the US version of a famous French company formulation that first stabilized sulforaphane) and they have a tab on their website about the science behind it and the clinical trials that have been done… it's shown to combat cancer and help with all kinds of issues—it's even been shown in trials to improve symptoms for those with Asperger's. If you go on YouTube, Dr Rhonda Patrick has an hour long video going over all the benefits.
I take it a few times a week as two pills. I'd take it daily but it's a little pricey.

Why is there a "Warning proposition 65: cancer and reproduce harm"?

Nothing should be too pricey when it comes to improving your health.
The proposed mechanism, IIRC was different than typical allergy meds so it may have an additive effect of you suffer from bad allergies.
I take about a tsp to a tbsp every day of the Hawaiian stuff which is reportedly test for heavy metals and microcystins. I'd be cautious with spirulina and avoid any brand if pregnant or unhealthy.

Very much like Fruits and Veggies which promises you the world in a pill.
