In for one and ready for pickup within an hour. A nice upgrade from a 20" for my wife's WFH job.

Please don't buy Element products. Bought a monitor from them. It's only last 4 months and now it gives me blank screen when I turn on. I cannot return it because it's over 90 days return policy. Spent a lot of time through many calls to their customer service. They tried to ignored me by chasing around like "I'm getting an update for your case", "Someone will give you a call back at the end of the day or in 24 hours". Never got a call back. They keep doing that until I gave up. Like just thrown away a couple of hundred bucks.

Thoughts on this for a Macbook / home office? No gaming.
Wall mounted two for home office. Average. Not amazing for work. I would look for something better if doing again

If you paid with credit card, you should have an extra year of warranty. Use that warranty instead.

Don't buy element. Purchased a Slickdeals for a Qhd for $99 last holiday. Had backlight bleed and screen flickering. Im thinking the damage might have happened during shipment since the box had a hole in the corner, but who knows.

Buy an actual name brand.

Speakers in monitors are pretty much useless. Usually only 2 watts which produce an extremely low volume.
Monitor speakers aren't meant to be loud. Its not for gaming or audiophile listening. I prefer to have speakers on my monitor for convenience. For occasional youtube and zoom conferences. I would not call it useless.

how does that extra yr of warranty work? do we need to ship it back to credit card company with the original box? can we return with any reason?

Depends on what type of work you're doing. Typical MS stuff, meetings, emails, etc it should be fine. For graphics stuff or things that you require sharp and accurate picture reproduction, the 1080p isn't going to cut it.

Great find. My son was looking for a second 27" monitor this week to have his messaging apps open on while he's gaming on his other monitor. This fits the bill perfectly!
