Found these for $24.57 but can see other stores have them for $17.37, what a great deal for TWO 40 tooth 10" saw blades. Looks to be B&M only, does not appear to be an online sale price.

Store?
Personally I love Diablo, probably the best blade in the big box store but you're paying for it. I think they are only at Home Depot though. I use them for wood working and fine cuts. These might be better suited for construction but I can't say because I haven't used them yet.

Lowe's inventory and availability has been so whack lately on Brickseek, and I can't even find some of the items on Lowe's site, delisted or something. I think they are getting wise to the deal hunters BUT honestly, if you are liquidating inventory and it generates traffic and cleans up your shelves...isn't that the idea? Get these products in the hands of people who want them...the clearance area of this store always makes me laugh, it's stuff that sits on shelves like curtains and curtain rods, door stoppers, or items that will never go anywhere because you need sets of them and they have one, and they are marked down 5% or something insignificant. They would do better taking a write off and trashing it, instead of paying an employee to update prices and move it 5 times around in the store.

Also grabbed the 2 pack of the 7" diamond abrasive blades, also showed 0 in stock and full price on Brickseek, but there were 3 on top of the display of the single packs in another area. Those rang up 11.49 which was close enough to the $10.xx showing in the other thread.
So looks like BS isn't great for Lowe's inventory these days (nor is the Lowe's site apparently).
Unfortunately can't use on my 10k RPM table saw but have plenty of higher speed blades for that, no need for carbide 40T there typically anyway.

I wouldn't call these framing blades, not sure why they do. I would call 40T 10" "general purpose". For framing and ripping I'd go with 24T, much faster, though for cross cut on a miter saw there is the occasional kickback when you hit a knot.
