Features:
6x longer lasting than regular blades
Ultra-tough NiCo (nickel cobalt) cutting teeth make the cleanest cuts

Found these for $24.57 but can see other stores have them for $17.37, what a great deal for TWO 40 tooth 10" saw blades. Looks to be B&M only, does not appear to be an online sale price.
Rip and crosscut with ease with the Spyder Tarantula™ Framing circular saw blade. NiCo teeth are sharpened 3x to provide clean cuts and exceptionally long life. Tracking straight with reduced friction, heat and noise - the Tarantula™ circular saw blade is the professionals' choice for framing and construction. Framing and construction blade is for use in new wood materials. Up to 6x the life of standard carbide blades. Spyder Framing 10-in 40-Tooth Rough Finish Tungsten Carbide-tipped Steel Miter Saw Blade (2-Pack) | 13032-2
Personally I love Diablo, probably the best blade in the big box store but you're paying for it. I think they are only at Home Depot though. I use them for wood working and fine cuts. These might be better suited for construction but I can't say because I haven't used them yet.

Interestingly enough, I KNOW a certain store in my area had these because that's where I found them. According to Brickseek...they are out of stock and the price isn't discounted, it shows the original price. But in store there were a few on the shelf with a discounted price , yellow sticker and all. There is another store that had a cheaper price according to Brickseek - but low quantity. I feel like like it might be a wild goose chase but worth it if it is true to save 25 bucks.
Lowe's inventory and availability has been so whack lately on Brickseek, and I can't even find some of the items on Lowe's site, delisted or something. I think they are getting wise to the deal hunters BUT honestly, if you are liquidating inventory and it generates traffic and cleans up your shelves...isn't that the idea? Get these products in the hands of people who want them...the clearance area of this store always makes me laugh, it's stuff that sits on shelves like curtains and curtain rods, door stoppers, or items that will never go anywhere because you need sets of them and they have one, and they are marked down 5% or something insignificant. They would do better taking a write off and trashing it, instead of paying an employee to update prices and move it 5 times around in the store.
39.97 here with 3 left. Brickseek says 0. Bought and will price exchange if I notice they drop later. Our local lowes transitioned clearance to the back corner and since they did pricing is hard to find and not regularly updated.
My store said 0 left and $50 on brickseek but I was in there anyway and there were 4 hanging on a strip on one of the posts. Price scanner said $22 something but pulled it up on my phone at another local store that showed $13.68 - they matched it. Couldn't resist at that price. These are very heavy duty blades, just be aware fairly wide kerf.
Also grabbed the 2 pack of the 7" diamond abrasive blades, also showed 0 in stock and full price on Brickseek, but there were 3 on top of the display of the single packs in another area. Those rang up 11.49 which was close enough to the $10.xx showing in the other thread.
So looks like BS isn't great for Lowe's inventory these days (nor is the Lowe's site apparently).
Unfortunately can't use on my 10k RPM table saw but have plenty of higher speed blades for that, no need for carbide 40T there typically anyway.

As a gc, I never see my framer use miter saw for rough framing. A circular saw will be accurate enough. Don't really see a need for this
I wouldn't use these blades for rough framing, too slow, you don't need clean cuts for studs. However the 40 tooth blades work well on Trex, moulding, trim, etc.
I wouldn't call these framing blades, not sure why they do. I would call 40T 10" "general purpose". For framing and ripping I'd go with 24T, much faster, though for cross cut on a miter saw there is the occasional kickback when you hit a knot.
