Is it just me, or their print are severely worse than Walgreens? They seem to have downgraded the resolution by a lot. I see bands pf pattern in sky for the printI got from them.
I know it's free and all, but just wanted to check if this is just me.

Did you upload photo taken in portrait mode? I've faced such pixelation when uploading my Samsung phone camera photos.. even normal ones and not only the portrait ones

I have used my mirrorless camera photos. May be I used a lower res picture. I will try uploading a higher res picture and see if results are different.

Compared to Costco (transferred to Shutterfly now) is terrible. Colors weren't calibrated and blown out, fwiw.

I just picked up my print, and yes, it looks terrible. I uploaded a high-res image from a DSLR edited in Lightroom. The print looks like they messed up the white balance and desaturated the image. Wouldn't bother with this unless I already had to go to CVS, which I had to in this case to pick up a prescription.

I don't know why people that are negative towards these CVS prints are getting downvoted. I have tried several locations and the print quality is always "acceptable" to terrible. I understand it's free, but Walgreens is better for sure. I even had the same print done at both locations during the last free deal and CVS came out considerably worse.

Edit: I still upvoted the post (thanks op) and will pick one up because CVS is right across the street from work.
