My junk isn't even big, so my legs aren't spread apart that much, yet the foot rest still doesn't cover the width.
Hours of doing this can lead to your legs feeling numb, weak, painful/tender. So you get one of these and it elevates your legs so that they are no longer in this uncomfortable position. I don't think your junk size would cause your legs to be spread apart.
