It's on S&S only. In for one. Good for grab and go, haven't had this brand in years.

This is almost as cheap as whole food/animal protein now.
Cost?
Because everything with health and fitness has trade offs. If you prioritize protein intake over alleged risks from seed oils, then you'll buy these. If you can figure out how to get enough protein from Whole Foods, you don't have to. If you are over 200lbs, it's every difficult to eat 1g/protein per Lb of body weight in 3 meals a day. This makes it easier and your meals lighter.
