I normally complain that the premixed shakes are so much more expensive than powder DIY, but with as much as ON powder costs now, it's almost equal. In for two!

This is almost as cheap as whole food/animal protein now.

I often wondered why they don't use avocado oil in these types of things. It's basically tasteless, & doesn't have any of the problems associated with seed oils, even if it is supposed to be high oleic sunflower oil.

Because everything with health and fitness has trade offs. If you prioritize protein intake over alleged risks from seed oils, then you'll buy these. If you can figure out how to get enough protein from Whole Foods, you don't have to. If you are over 200lbs, it's every difficult to eat 1g/protein per Lb of body weight in 3 meals a day. This makes it easier and your meals lighter.
