how do these compare on a per serving basis vs powdered form?

I suppose powdered servings are cheaper and you're just paying for convenience in these "to-go" premixed options

That's correct. This is 12 servings. A 5lb bucket of Protein is close to 70 servings. About 24 grams per serving in both the drink and a 5lb bucket of protein. I used to get 5lb of whey protein for under $30. I'm not sure what the going price of 5lb of whey is now due to inflation.
