Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
This is NOT the Scarifier version, Dethatcher only. So if you plan on overseeding then maybe look for that instead (then run it in both Dethatcher then Scarifier modes).
Looking at the price history, the "normal sale" price is often $70~75. It was $55, but that was at the end of the season/November, not the start (and even that isn't every year).
Will it go back down into the $50s soonish? I legit don't know, maybe. But this is definitely an acceptable price. Worst case, you're overpaying by $15.
Dethatching will tear up the stolons (runners) in Bermuda. Core aerating will break through the thatch (if you have a thatch problem) and break up the clayish TX soil -- unfortunately there aren't cheap options like this. Your options are renting from HD, paying a service, or buying a hand core aerator which is a PITA.

Is this good for Bermuda grass in Texas? Is it still the right time to dethatch?

Using a rake works much better but more labor.
More like a gimmick.
