Nice deal, Pity I still have the Ink Business Preferred active and just applied for Freedom Unlimited... A word of caution with their UR Travel service. I had very negative experience with them lately.
On one occasion, I planned my conference and booked the hotel with UR Travel instead of using the conference link. The price was similar, so I decided to earn a few points... That was bad choice because:
They charged the full amount immediately instead of placing a hold.
When I wanted to shorten my stay, it took me almost 2 hour on the phone to change it. And even then, their portal still shows the old travel dates and it took them 2 weeks to refund the difference, so that I had to pay the balance first.
On the other occasion, I tried to book a cruise with them - even worse headache. They do have some cruises online but not all of them. And definitely they don't have any of the optional packages the cruise lines now have to sweeten the deal. My cruise was not available on the portal so I ended up spending 2-3 hours on the phone with very ignorant UR rewards employee who wanted nothing more than to end the call.
And most importantly... The Ultimate Rewards Travel has been outsorurced abroad, to multiple call centers in at least 2 multiple locations (I heard 2 different type of accents, both equally bad). The UR Travel call center used to be 100% English speaking, very knowledgeable, very nice and attentive representatives. Not anymore. Upon your call you are getting to the badly accented employee who is clueless as to what you are asking such that you have to repeat yourself 2-3 times. Mid you, English is my second language too, so I don't mind repeating, knowing that my accent is also bad. But I also know that it is not that bad so I have to repeat myself so much so it gets tiring. There is also bad lag between you talking and call center responding. This is confirmed on every occasion I had to interact with them. The only way to solve this is to immediately request the US Representative. At least for now this works, but who knows for how long.
Thanks for the heads up. Refer my wife to sign up. That's 15k for referral and 80,000 once the spending requirements are met.
That's what OP said. 80k + 10k in branch.

I see trip interruption/cancellation benefit, does anyone know if there are medical treatment and evacuation coverage to replace private trip insurance? thanks

No evacuation coverage on Sapphire Preferred (Reserve has it).
So if I currently have a CSR can I transfer my UR points to my Freedom card and then downgrade my CSR? Then transfer my UR points from my Freedom card to my CSP card once approved?
I opened CSP in March 2019 and got 60k point in May 2019 and closed the card in Feb 2020. So Can I apply now? From which month I should count 48 months, card open date or when I got the 60k points rewards? TIA
I prefer the benefits of the Reserved and wish they had this deal on that card. Would I just be able to upgrade to a Reserve after earning the bonus on this Preferred offer?

Not sure, but I believe it's probably from when you got the last SUB.
If you want to do it sooner, I'd recommend calling them and recording the call, cause I've found the CSR don't keep records and will deny you the bonus even if they promise you're eligible. At least at Citi Bank.
those who applied in branch, do you have to give out your private info and job detail to the banker and the banker applies for you or you get to use their computer and you get to enter your detail and you get to apply yourself on their computer?
I don't recall doing so, I am an existing Chase customer so I only had to swipe my debit card and enter PIN, they were able to pull my information. They do ask you if you "all this looks correct" (e.g. address, income, etc.). So no, you are not necessarily telling a banker all your info.

If you received the sign up bonus more than 4 years ago yes
I think you cannot be an existing Sapphire holder either, no?
Update:
If you're already the primary account holder on a Sapphire card, whether it's the Preferred or its sister card the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, you are not eligible for the 80,000-point bonus.
If you don't currently have a Sapphire card, make sure you haven't received a Sapphire welcome bonus before. You are ineligible for the 80,000-point bonus if you've received a new card member bonus for any Sapphire card in the past 48 months, or four years. (Chase refers to the date you received the bonus, not when you opened your account.)

Tried to waive the annual fee at the branch, but they couldn't do it. They did acknowledge though that in the past they could.

Branch or online?
Do you have to have the sapphire referred to send a referral? I have freedom/flex but want to send a referral
