Decent entry level luxury watch. Solid and reputable brand. They have been around for a while and it's one of the few independent brands since the 80s that are not owned by a larger conglomerate like Swatch.

Dial is not my cup of tea but it is not bad. Price is fair but definitely do not pay MSRP for it.

Because I like Oris and have been eyeing this model. I hope this explanation will suffice.

Oh absolutely. There's a watch for every budget and taste. I am also very into value but, now that my finances allow it, it gives me the privilege to save money and go for higher end timepieces.

Also, the romantic in me likes the idea of passing down whatever collection I end up with to my kids once I am old Big Grin

Yikes case diameter of 44.7mm. I have large wrists and that would still be a comically large dial on my wrist.

At a certain price point, a luxury watch becomes a piece of jewelry. I'm more value oriented when I buy watches. There's something for everyone's wants/needs in the worldwide marketplace. Ain't it cool?

Tell it to those wearing 47-mm Panerai and 46-mm Omega PO Smilie

and on the OP: A nice deal and a good seller. As watch collectors say: buy a seller, not a watch

Haha yeah they are cool but I wished some of the models I like from Panerai were smaller.

Nice. I haven't checked their offerings in a long time. Max I can do is 43mm for the case size. Will definitely take a look.

If you are on the fence and primarily work from home, they have watch emulators for zoom and other meeting platforms. That way you can see if you get enough compliments to justify the purchase.
