This or the Nari Essential for $35, is it worth to pay extra? I play a lot and confort is my main struggle not sure if because big head or my glasses but non have worked for me. Some options I have tried with no success:
- Astro A50
- Steelseries 7p
- Steelseries 3
- razer blackshark v2
- 3d pulse
Wife started to ask if I plan to open a headset shop 😅

I bought the Essential. No regrets for what I wanted - it's very comfortable and fit for purpose when playing games, with decent directional sound using default settings. Music is nice but nothing to write home about.

The sound experience is good but isn't remarkable, and the higher Nari models are known for their bigger speaker drivers over the Essential, so if you value a premium immersive sound quality experience it may be worth looking at something else higher budget (Nari or otherwise).

This is a good comparison video for Essential vs. higher models

I've been using my Viper Ultimate for almost 2 years now. Literally the only issue I've ever had was the side grip wearing away, but Razer replaced the entire mouse without any trouble. My brother has been using a headset and keyboard from Razer for years as well, barely any issues he's mentioned. So my experience with them is very positive.

I got a mouse from razor when they first got established, it went to shit after 6 months, got another one, same deal. Won't catch me with their products again! I'm sure they've improved, but I ain't risking my money again.
I'm screaming, "Get the 4 dollar warranty"....

I have the Nari Essential and the Steelseries 3. Personally, I think the Steelseries is more comfortable than the Nari.

Have this, not happy.

The headset is wonderful and big enough that my big ears aren't a problem. The sound is excellent. If that was as far as it went I would give it 5 stars.

However, the original unit started giving increasing issues with suddenly losing sound in one ear, especially if the volume control was touched. This became more common (but wasn't that big a deal for me--I was after a comfortable wireless headset with good ambient noise blocking, sound quality wasn't so important), then it started sometimes losing sound in both ears. Warranty replacement, now the replacement unit is starting to show the same problems.

The software is also problematic.

The volume control is badly placed and prone to major changes if you set the headset down.
