You complain about customer service, do you have any idea how many people abused and cheated their generous policies. Why do you think so many stores had to end those policies?
I will agree with you that it was nice to have Brick and Mortar stores in general because as you say, you can't replicate the feeling of being in the store by shopping on Amazon, but that is more of a sign of the modern era than anything else and is happening across industries (I feel bad for kids nowadays that they don't have Toy's R' Us or Kaybee Toys to walk into wide eyed). So yeah, aside from the free after rebate blank DVD's and free paper shredders I can't say I really miss Frys.
