The cart is great, but I've had nothing but problems with the tires. I don't know what kind of tubes they use, but they keep going flat. I wait for the wheels to go on sale for $5-6 then buy a bunch since it is easier and cheaper to just swap the whole wheel than to change the tubes. But I'm getting sick of doing that a couple of times per year.

I have a poly Gorilla Cart.

I use it for beekeeping, harvesting mesquite firewood, and a few other hobbies.
I have to deal with stickers
(Grass Burrs [grassperson.com])
and mesquite thorns.

I use FlatOut to prevent flats on everything.

Have this, paid more for it not on sale when I needed it.
I use it when I go to the salvage yard to carry heavy parts.

Assembly was pretty easy, and the thing has held up well so far.

Tires look small for something that can haul 1000 lbs.

Can someone suggest a way to hook this up to the back of a mower/tractor with hole/pin setup?
Tractor Supply has some oversized carabiners that I use for ratchet straps.
Rated for 1200 lbs.
You might could use it for this application.

I have this as part of my wagon arsenal with eventual plans to build something cool to pull around for Halloween. You can't beat the big, flat area to do what you want on.

I saw a youtube a guy fills tires with expanding foam. That could work
Damn! never thought of that. My wheel barrow and power washer tires always go flat when I need them.

I have something similar with larger tires, the larger tires raise the center of gravity and make it very tippy. Never use it because of that. I have been thinking about modifying it to use smaller tires and maybe widening the wheel base

I can certainly see that. But I also see smaller tires just sinking into soft ground and that being harder or impossible to pull.

Is it on sale often about this time? I'll need it in a year or so and would rather wait until next year to buy.

This has 10-inch tires and that is plenty big for backyard work.

I love this cart. We only have a shed, not a garage, but I do a lot of work in the driveway. The cart is used to move tools between shed & driveway. You can bolt a concrete mixing tub to it to turn it into a wheelbarrow
Great Idea! I'm old and tired of lugging the big toolbox out to the gate to make adjustments, or to the tractor behind the barn to work on. In for another thing I never realized I needed!

Peace
