I had to sell an older computer with a 120gb PNY a year and a half ago. I think I paid 26$ for it….. I feel ripped off

I recently saw the 500gb SATA SSD at Wal-Mart in store with a $15 roll back price but of course there wasn't any in stock though. So be on the lookout for that. Maybe I'll go in store tomorrow to see if they have any in stock, and check back.

The 500 GB has been $29 three or four weeks back, then $26 last week, now it's $23, so this is a deal as far as I've been tracking.

I don't really trust PNY. Only brand of flash drive I've ever had fail on me.

The 1TB is $37.88 at B&H, better $/TB. But I had really bad experience with PNY on flash drives and SD cards. Not sure about SSD drives

Those were cleaned out weeks ago as soon as they popped up on SD. My local locations that had them all got picked up in few days it seems because none had them and those were better option since you get usb 3.0 to SATA adapter and free version of Acronis software (didn't care much for that since Macrium free version does transfers without issues in my experience).

I actually do lol. Works fine, it boots faster and some things load a little quicker. Not a huge difference in load speeds, but feels for stable, slightly snappier, and quieter.

I have a TB version of one of these, had it for a few years as my boot drive and now it's my secondary drive. Never had an issue with it.

Purchased two of these to replace some spinning HDDs on old PCs. Only use case where I think you would want to buy these.

I didn't have high expectations but they have held up after a couple years.

$27 1tb shipped to amazon locker kills the deal. Twice the space for only $4 more.
