I don't understand why the companies always list Tupperware container's lids and a "piece". Lol.

Looks better and they're technically not lying.

Also why companies price .99 instead of .00. $1.99 looks better than $2.00

Car for $49997 compared to $50000 price tag

Until you want to reheat food in the glass ones. They get hot AF and the food stays cold.

It depends on how you reheat. We don't own a microwave and reheat everything in a combination steam oven. For us, only glass would work for a store+reheat container.

That said, we have both and often store in the plastic for convenience if it's the right size, and then transfer to glass, ceramic, or metal for reheating.

These are amazing. I now only pack food in my old Rubbermaid with red lid ones when I am going to someone's house or packing food for someone. These I use to store all my leftovers. Ten times better than Saran Wrap or aluminum foil as it's so convenient to microwave but not dirty it up. Need to find deals for the 2 big sizes. Small ones aren't used very much.

Here i am still waiting for Costco to go on sale instore lol.

https://www.costco.com/rubbermaid...62997.html

It's on par with the Costco set.
These are great because they don't warp and stain and i've had mine for years.

Also….having kids and glass containers is tricky. I'd prefer glass but bought these from Costco because they can't break like glass. So far they've held up and haven't stained. They also have vent holes for microwaving which is nice.

These are nice - but in less than a year several of ours developed hairline fractures and full on cracks. We have about a third of them left now. Getting them to honor the warranty is basically impossible.

I was finding this to be true for me too, and then I started using the small ones in the garage for random things like screws, wire caps, fuses, etc. The ones holding screws haven't scratched at all and they stack pretty nice.
