As long as it's Gen4 it'll work fine. Your games might load a second slow…

I have one in my PS5. Absolutely can't tell if a game is on internal NVME or Kingston NVME drive. Save your money folks.

Kingston another solid company that's not trying to take you to the cleaners like Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron.

Not true, I'm using a gen 4 drive in my ps5 with < 5000mbps reads, works fine.

PS5 has recommended speeds, but Required hardware. As long as it's gen 4 it WILL absolutely work in a PS5. You're talking about splitting hairs on the speed difference. Average users will do well to save money and buy this or similar.

For now anyways. May be problematic in the future if developers decide to design their game fully around the 5.5GBps bandwidth.

Wouldn't pick this over the MP33 or 670p unless I needed the PCIe 4.0.

No DRAM, performance is probably close. 670p is probably a better drive.
