SlickdealsForumsHot DealsPlayStation Store Digital Games: No More Heroes (PS4/PS5) $24.99, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (PS4) $20.99, Don't Starve Together $1.49, Salt and Sanctuary (PS4) $1.79 & More via PSN
Thanks OP, repped. Time to give Salt and Sanctuary a go. Can't pass it up at under $2.
Some great games here if you are in to JRPGs. The re-done Persona 3 Portable and 4 Golden are very good and were released on Switch and XBox (unusual for this type of game to be on XBox so indicates maybe better things to come if you use that platform).
I actually chose to play P3P on the Switch because I wanted "portable" playability, which was the original intent of it anyway (on PSP or Vita, I forget which) but this is re-done nicely with improved gameplay and graphics.
FYI The Persona games and also Soul Hackers 2 are currently playable for "free" with XBox Game Pass.
13 Sentinels also highly recommended. It is a bit strange and unconventional -- long complicated Visual Novel with intersecting characters and timelines, combined with strange mech combat gameplay. And you need to go back and forth (with quite a bit of flexibility in how you choose to do it) to advance both the story and the mech upgrades.
Also available on Switch, even in cartridge form for people that seek that.

it is a great game and i have it for ps4/5 but imo it would be better on switch due to how the game works. it functions better as a 'pick up and play' rather than long gaming sessions.

I agree -- I already had it on PS4 but bought again for Switch. Same, as I mentioned, with P3P. I know this is a PlayStation sale thread, but I don't mind mixing and I guess I don't even mind re-buying things for multiple platforms. Also I feel buying things like this encourages the developers to keep producing US versions of these and also making available on more platforms.
None of these need the graphics power of a PS5, though will look a bit better on a 4K screen, but there is no real graphics horsepower needed. The main downside on the Switch is that I sometimes notice a lag on certain actions like bringing up a menu. Not really long but enough to notice, though it usually doesn't affect gameplay as most things are turn-based or dialog actions. 13 Sentinels has some real-time control of mechs but it's not twitchy action so even the Switch handles it well enough.

That's a steal - hands down my favorite Soulslike Metroidvania hybrid (I enjoyed it more than Hollow Knight, Blasphemous, Ender Lilies, Vigil, etc). It is basically 2D Dark Souls and I enjoyed it enough to rebuy and replay it on Vita & Switch (and am constantly tempted to play it again on Steam Deck).
Any suggestions for a new couch co-op friendly game from this list? Been considering "Don't starve Together" as what I have read you can play together.
