The item description is off. It claims to have USB-C but it's clearly only a micro-b port. Charger feels super dated.

This does not seem like a deal for $15.

Unless you need a small form factor, the price to mAh ratio is not great.

They have a USB C version but not at this price. Probably Amazon messing up the description and combining items again for reviews.
