TDLR: this is a pretty bad price for this product because the tech is too old.
"Notes
Supports Super Fast Charging for S22 Ultra but does not support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0"
This is an okay device if you have old tech, but if you have new tech then it's quite bad and you should opt for this[amazon.com]instead. Long story short, just because it supports up to 100 watts doesn't mean it will be able to charge your devices up to their max rating (whether it be 45 watts or 65 watts). it needs to have the right charging protocols (whether it be PD, PPS or something else). The one I linked above does have the appropriate protocols to charge the latest flagships at their fastest.
To me, the fact that it doesnt super fast charge the latest flagship samsung devices really kills the appeal. I wouldnt be suprised if it doesnt charge the latest apple flagships at their max speeds either. If we bought a 800-1000 dollar phone, why bother cheaping out on the charger and missing out on the full charging speed of the device? it's only like 20 bucks more.
To add to this, its true market value is not actually 90 dollars, it's probably closer to 40 considering how the 100W anker gan with the proper protocols and more ports is 56 dollars. it's of my opinion that this is a really bad price, regardless of whether it's ever been discounted to this price before.

Don't buy this one. You can get a 4 port charger with a USB cord with PPS for $30. Or less, like the 120w 4 port one for $25 (without cord). There are definitely better deals than this
