because us with Androids prefer faster charging
Wired charging is not only faster but also keeps the device cooler when it's already mounted up on the dash in direct sunlight. Tough conditions for a mobile

Wireless charging doesn't charge as fast (15W is the highest I've seen), so if you're not in your vehicle for very long it's not gonna help much.

Bought this for my mother and put it in her 2012 Acura MDX to hold her iPhone 13 Pro. No complaints six months later, price is right. Good strength on the magnets to hold the phone.

There are other solutions that have charging built in (this one does not, just an FYI - this is only a mount for the phone, to charge you need to use a cable, but I would think that's obvious given the pricepoint and design.)

I bought one of these and they are great. Strong magnet. Not charging, as others have said, but solid dash mount.

Why would you buy this without charging capabilities. Then you still have to find your cable and doesn't remove the PITA part.

Bought this a while back as a cheap option WITHOUT charging. Very stable. Strong magnets. Would recommend.
Not a fan of wireless charging in car since it's pretty slow and produces more heat.

Which phone are you talking about? Every phone out there has a case for it. As long as the case also has MagSafe on it, it will work with any MagSafe charger/holder.
