I got this the last time it was on Slickdeals for $79. It's an absolute steal at that price:
Likes:
Dark Rest actually works, not a gimmick. Nice if you want to sleep in past sunrise.
Very easy to put up and take down as 1 person.
2 people + 3 dogs + two 17gal HDX totes for gear fit comfortably.
Good storage options inside the tent for electronics/accessories.
Tall enough I can almost stand straight up in at 5'10".
Dislikes:
The tent poles that allow it to be "instant" are large diameter and do not come apart from the tent body, meaning the tent does not pack down. You will struggle to transport this tent in a sedan.
Partial rain-fly.
No vestibules.
Misc:
I bought two of the 9x12 medium duty Ozark Trail tarp one to use as a ground mat for this and it has worked well with a bit of excess that I use as a welcome mat at the front of the tent. The other is to use for cover should a heavy downpour occur and it's been fine.
I've since purchased The North Face Wawona 6 which I also got on Slickdeals when it was $230. Honestly at nearly 3x the price it's not 3x the tent of the Ozark Trail. It has a better rain fly and a large vestibule as a luxury, but it's very difficult to put up or take down alone. It's also much larger inside and I've noticed that leads to colder nights.
This is a wonderful option for car camping that covers most people's needs. If you need more than this you know who you are and aren't going to be shopping in this class of tent.

We have this, $79 deal last time. We put an inflatable queen mattress and a pack-n-play for a 2 year old with plenty of room to spare for gear.
On what planet is this a 2 person tent?
I snagged the 11 person Ozark Trail instant tent deal for $75 a few weeks ago, but thinking about returning that and getting the Core 6 Instant from Costco since we only need it for 2 adults and 1 kid.
Sounds like the Core is much better quality and it would be nice to have Costco's return policy for it.
.
I also got that $75 Ozark and it is to replace the core that technically still works but has a few issues and I don't want to get caught on a trip and it breaking.
.
I have had 2 Coleman instant tents, one other Ozark instant tent, and the core instant tent. And now this new Ozark which I set up the other day to try it out before our upcoming trip. Due to the "spare room" it is a bit harder to set up and need quite a bigger footprint, but for $75 I am keeping it. The equivalent Core is $239 in store vs $250 online. Although, this one is on sale (I don't believe this one is carried in store though) and looks interesting 🤔

Advertised capacity x .5 = actual capacity
edit: sorry there are just 2 of us with 2 dogs.
I will say its biggest weakness is the center portion of the tarp, where everything collapses. It is a major wear point, and could potentially wear through the tarp. Be sure to only set it up on grass, and you'll be fine. Rocks and gravel...no beuno. Use another tarp underneath to protect the tent.
If you are in sun midday.. it will be hot unless you open all the windows.
you could fit a family of 4 in this. I went and bought a large duffle bag and put the poles in the bag that come with the tent and then put all the rest loose in the big canvas duffle.
Best tent Ive ever owned.
My wife just bought a camper back in september. Ill never go back to a tent (not having to unpack a car with all your gear is awesome. However I did tent camping and hammock camping for the first 50 years of my life.
This tent I HIGHLY recommend.. some tents are just WAY too big. This is about damn perfect (for 2-3) 4 can squeeze)
It's DARK inside. The blackout gimmick works crazy well.
Three people could fit in this comfortably with plenty of room for stuff.
