It's at the pharmacy behind the counter. It's not a bulk item.

Note to those of you who genuinely need this - you can get a prescription from your doc and buy in larger quantities.

Sounds like that's the Rx price w/ insurance. You really can't compare OTC price to Rx w/ doc .

Would you please listen to me? I take Imodium like M&M's. I know exactly what I'm talking about. $1 and change for 24 (unless it's gone up in the past month), no prescription (OTC). If you want them in bulk, you get a prescription and can get more at one time.

I'm okay paying this much for a small amount, just like I buy rice in 2-5lbs bags because we don't eat it often despite knowing if I buy a 40-50lbs bag, it's cheaper. If I don't use/need Immodium in a course of 1yr+ and it expires, I'm out like $2.xx . It's like cheap insurance.

agreed, immodium is something most ppl would have it as an emergency use like you're having the $%^&s and need to work or traveling and you can't afford to have the "down time". Actually having the $%^&s in most cases is body's way of purging it out and you should let it run its course while staying hydrated. *Not medical advise.
