FYI, Jomashop usually throws a $20 off coupon to your email too when you visit their website!

Be careful with jomashop. If theres something wrong with the watch and you have to return it, they make you pay for shipping. Worst is they will inspect the watch and may tell you that they would accept it.

I was able to get the price down to $348.68 at Ashford with the code HOT8 and free shipping. I know there are a variety of opinions out there for the grey websites. But, thought I would just share what I found. I did not pull the trigger. But it's a beautiful watch and COSC is pretty cool, IMHO. Smilie
I also learned that it has an anti-magnetic silicon balance spring. Actually a cool choice if it fits your fancy. All the best!

The powermatic 80 I got is 10 seconds slower per day..... I looked up the accuracy of it. It should be within 5 seconds.

I believe the Ashford version -is 41mm and this is 39mm FYI - I prefer the 39mm for a dressy watch like this personally

Thanks! This is such a great catch! I never would have caught that!
And since both websites list the precise same model # (T108.408.11.037.00), it prompted me to do some follow up research.
* I am a Beginner At Best. So please don't get the impression I know anything at all. Just reporting my observations and I hope to always be open to learning! I never would have noticed that difference!
* I checked 3 other sites including 2 different Tissot sites that list the case size as 41mm.
* The case size is listed as 41mm on Chrono24 for this precise model number.
* I found this info that "might" explain the confusion.
"CASE & CRYSTAL
Case thickness(mm)
9.8
Case options
see-through caseback
Case length(mm)
39.00
Case width(mm)
41.00
Case Material
316L stainless steel case
Lugs width (mm)
20.00
Case shape
ROUND
Crystal
Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal"
** It appears that Tissot is reporting the Case Width and the Case Length on their website which "maybe" is causing confusion. Again, just a guess.
* I viewed the Tissot Thailand and Tissot Canada websites to compare because Tissot USA isn't showing that precise model number on the Tissot USA website.
Anyhoo, gorgeous watch!! ❤️❤️❤️ ⏰

That's a great price but I did a quick google and other retailers are selling this watch too with a similar price. There is even a two-tone gold one.

Long Summary of the watch for beginner nerds:

I'd prob recommend you to have a wrist bigger than 6.5 inches for this watch as this watch will be a little bit big. This being a Cosc-certified movement and also featuring the free-sprung balance along with a silicon hairspring makes this prob the best watch deal that you will find. For those that do not know, free-sprung balance wheels usually only come with much more expensive watches such as Omega but with the recent ETA movement such as these, they were made much cheaper to the mass market. This improves accuracy. The silicon hairspring will make the watch much more resistant to magnetism. If you ever travel with your watch, it would be a good idea to have something like this when it goes past the x-ray scanners at airports and such. Once a watch is magnetized, it loses accuracy which is why this is a great inclusion for this price. Finally COSC, all you need to know is they put every single COSC movement in many tests for a certain amount of days and they have to be accurate to -4 to +6 seconds a day. Basically makes the tolerance of the watch even better. Honestly, the movement itself on this watch costs more than the entire watch. COSC watches are usually in the price of 1000$ and up. Watches such as OMEGA are COSC certified for a base in comparison. For reference, I have a non-silicon hairspring movement in my MIDO but is the same movement as this watch and it is getting about +2 seconds a day. Just for some comparison, rolex watches are rated -2 to +2 seconds a day. This movement is basically the famous ETA 2824 with a lower freq so it has a power reserve of 80 hours. Man my omega doesn't even have that.

Well if you read all of that, I hope you got more info about what this watch is and what kind of value it brings. This is a great buy for anyone who has the wrist for this watch (I may be wrong but I think the actual measurement for this watch is 41mm. I believe the website is incorrect but correct me if I'm wrong) and a quality-built swiss watch that can last for years to come. Thanks for reading this comment, I know it was long.

They tried that with me when I bought fragrances from them. They sent me the wrong one then tried to charge me return shipping and insisted they had sent me the correct one. I called Chase and their response kind of amused me: "Can you document this?" "Why yes. As a matter of fa..." "How much do you want?" "Well, $14.85 because they..." "That has been credited to your account. Is there anything else I can do for you?"

They're the Walgreens of mid-tier accessories. There are great deals to be had, along with an unacceptably high risk that any savings you might enjoy with them could be wiped out in a heartbeat by terrible customer service or terrible business practices.
