Not that you won't use it on time but just wanted to make it clear that the $5 credit to your account expires June 28th:

You have qualified for a $5.00 promotional credit which has been automatically applied to your account and will only be visible at checkout and not in your gift card balance. It can be used on eligible products sold by Amazon on Amazon.com until June 28, 2023.

This credit will expire on June 28, 2023. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Use Chase Freedom (not freedom unlimited) credit card for additional 5% cash back.

Edit: I received my credit email within 15 minutes of buying the $50 e-gift card.

Can I just state, for the record, that I hate the fact that Amazon hides certain credits from your view. At best it's shady, and at worst it's deceptive, making you feel like you've "won a prize" at checkout.

I made the deal slicker and got a $60 amazon visa freebie, then I paid $1 for a 7 day prime trial and bought the $50 gift card with $5 promo credit. I got 5% cashback for an additional $2.50 off, then I canceled the prime trial. lol

Can I get several credits if I buy several $50 gc? Either same or different purchases. Need to buy some AirPods for bday gift and this would help.

I think that was discussed in the terms and conditions on the main post, so it seems doubtful.

If you buy/give a $50+ Amazon eGift card, you get an extra $5 credit.

Edit: The slickdeals site is not registering the List price, so you can't see the discount/deal, but you're getting 10% back if you buy a $50 gift card. You can get more back if you have a Chase card with the quarterly rewards because Amazon.com is this quarter's 5% back category.

Gave myself a $50 gift card and got the free $5. I avoid supporting Amazon as much as every good steward to society should but between now and end of June I will spend at least $50 on there so worth taking $5 from them
But Amazon got your $45 or more from you. Ha ha

I know this says prime only and I'm prime anyway so I can't check but any chance this works without? My mom doesn't have prime but uses Amazon all the time.

In for 1, thanks. I really would have missed this. It is tiresome how Amazon keeps these things hidden smh.

I'm not sure if it's still around, but they used to have a page where it would show all your available credits. I can't find the page anymore sadly :/

I got an email for 6% back on Amazon purchases from Discover. YMMV

Didn't check all the comments, so if someone already posted it, apologies.
