will it hurt my credit score if i don't pay the second month? The checkout page says "Due monthly $40". I know it is prepaid. But why due monthly?
It's prepaid. They have barely any info about you or even your SS# so what credit is there to pull from?

Just stop paying second month and they will deactivate service. That's it.

Some states require tax collected on the value of the full non-discounted price of the phone.
Dealers are infamous for charging taxes when even corporate stores (before they were closed recently) didn't. And for adding on charges and unwanted warranties, cases, etc.

So, DON'T do the "cheaper" deal in a store. Whatsoever. Because it will likely cost you MUCH more.
I have a corp store that I drive by at least once a week, so all my phones are from there. I heard the AD horror stories, not sure if reporting them to the state for charging extra tax is an option.

That store's days are numbered. TMo is closing all Metro corporate stores.

Does this phone show the Metro/T-mo splash screen at power up?

That's unfortunate, that store generally didn't try to make up the terms after I indicated that I did my homework on the promo. Makes sense though, there is a T-Mobile store in the same building, couple doors down.

Yes. Generally, you can flash Samsung phones with U1 firmware to remove carrier apps and branding.

I believe dual sim ( esim and psim) is only available for factory unlocked models, not for carrier locked ones like from Metro Boost Tracfone etc. Correct if I am wrong.
S21 FE should have esim capable after Android 13 update? Even S20 got dual sim after Android 13.
The TMobile s21 got ESim. checking about the s21fe, But unsure about these mnvo models

Yes it's a good way to test and tell yourself to never try T-Mobile again, and stick to freaking empty cans connected with a string, over T-Mobile's morbid connection.

No decent person should have to go from Verizon to T-Mobile. I visit a family member in the woods and realized the Verizon connection at their property isn't particularly strong, and T-Mobile gets by. But since they have good home internet and Wi-Fi, they can use WiFi calling when at home. At least, they'd not suffer the torture that TMobile network is on the go.
Ahh yes because YOUR coverage is everyone's....

EDIT: I guess they didn't like me using virtual credit card number. When I used my actual credit card number, it went through.
