How did you go about getting 5 computers connected at a time?

Great pairing with MX Mini and especially if you have multiple computers you need to switch around. This makes it easy to switch around 3 computers by default..

I managed to make it control up to 5+ computers with the MX Key Mini combo.

Got a Master 2s and it's been really rock solid. Don't want to downgrade to this.
Magspeed scroll wheel is great on the 3 series. Weird tho they haven't released an anywhere 3s yet

Easy enough with some AliExpress kailh silent switches

Maybe "secure" bolt connectors? I bought an MX mechanical mini to flip and it's meh AF for a mechanical keyboard. I like modifying my keyboards though so it's probably not targeted to me

The keys mini for Mac uses the bolt receiver already. The MX keys (for windows?) Does not use the bolt receiver. It uses the standard Logitech receiver.

I believe today Logitech also announced a partnership with ifixit to sell replacement parts and instructions for this specific mouse and a couple of others. Makes it a way better investment imo if you can replace the internal battery and the like.

Best mouse I have ever used. Have four of these for my macs, Mac mini, and windows desktop. Can't go back to $10 mouse after using this tbh.
Anyone who has this - do they only give you one USB dongle? So you get the benefits of using the USB dongle on one of your computers, but the other two computers connect over Bluetooth?

If you want the benefits of USB dongle for all the computers, can you buy two other dongles separately and pair all 3 dongles to the mouse?

Ha, it is really tiny yea. I own two of these (pale grey and black) and use them as laptop mice because they are small and easier to carry and better than a touchpad for some applications. But yea they are definitely tiny.
Yeah it's sort of implied that this mouse is designed for portability (hence the model name, MX Anywhere). There's some compromise in ergonomics as a result. If one wanted a full size mouse with ideal ergonomics, then they should invest in an MX Master series mouse.

Yes Logitech only gives you one USB Bolt dongle.

Any suggestions? I have a MX2 and like it. Need a second mouse.
If wired is ok for you, you can check out Mionix mouse. I have found it has a satisfying click, smooth scroll wheel and ample support for palm to comfortably rest on it. Being wired, the response is quick too.
The only downside is, now when I use a wireless mouse, it takes me a while to get used to to the lag.

Edit: 'Cause it has no battery it's lightweight too. I have found that to be less taxing on my wrist.

Left - bolt dongle attached to lightning dock - dedicated to connect my usb-c/thunderbolt laptops, 1 wire to connect + charging and has a monitor plus whatever accessories such as a camera. I have like 3 laptops I switch on and off on this side.

Middle - bluetooth paired mouse and kb - main computer, normal camera setup a mic, etc etc etc.

Right - another bolt dongle attached to a USB-HDMI KVM (4 input) and attached to 3 mini PCs, and 2nd HDMI of the main computer from the middle.
--- this allows me to hit the KVM and cycle thru 4 inputs to control any of the 3 Mini PCs or activate my 3rd monitor as a "2nd screen" to my main computer.
This is basically my "lab".

All of this controlled by this amazing MX key and mouse combo. I don't know why I waited so long to buy this thing.
Do you have to switch both the keyboard and the mouse separately when you cut over? I have an M720 mouse that can switch between three receivers but it would drive me nuts if I had to do the same separately with a keyboard. One of the PCs I need to control is locked down in terms of what software can be installed, so I can't use the "Flow Control" capability.

Keyboard moves automatically with the "link keyboard" option under settings with Flow

Sometimes it does fail so I just press 1, 2 or 3 to make sure keyboard is activated.

I have an MX2 and an MX3. I like the side buttons on the MX3 way more than on the MX2. I'd watch for a deal on an mx3 if i were you.

for half a second, i had that microsoft arc mouse. I really wanted to like it because it flattens out to be "more portable". I couldn't get used to the shape of it.

I've had problems with this on windows where the smartshift would turn off and revert to free scroll. Not the problem with the mouse, but with the Logitech options software. Great portable mouse.

Can someone tell me the difference between this and the 3s? There also is a flavor for mac? Or any 3s is compatible with my m1 max laptop?

I have 2 monitors connected to a docked laptop. 1 computer working on 2 screens. What's the advantage of this mouse? All I do is scroll and click - serious question btw is it worth the premium for my uses?
