100%. "Blemished" is really just a brand new unused tool. "Reconditioned" could be anything
No not at all. You'll want to use nails with an actual head to hold the pickets up. And you'll want to probably use screws for the braces and posts. This is in no way adequate for a fence or anything structural.
For fences I recommend GRTCS250 or GRTCS250Z. The 0° nailer will be more difficult to find nails locally but it's the nailer I prefer for fences. 15° is my preference for siding.

Stick with stainless steel or aluminum nails if you're going with cedar and you'll have a product that'll look great for years to come. Whatevers cheap (pine or douglas fir pickets) + galvanized nails if you want it to look cheap and falling apart in 5-8 years. Good luck with your fence project. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions, I have built hundreds of fences all over the PNW.

Back on topic: 18g nails are quite small in diameter. This is a really good nailer for holding baseboard into place w/ 2" brads or holding trim pieces onto something structural. This is a really good nailer for the price! I use it to nail in baseboard if there's a lot of furniture or stuff I don't want to move around.

The ZRP321 $39 is not available for shipping otherwise it would be a good deal.

I love my ryobi brad nailer but anything reconditioned through DTO is a gamble. likely a used and returned tool without anyone even looking at it to see if it still works ok

Do you recommend factory blemished one instead?

I used this to staple 400 feet of wire fence to a Kentucky 3 board fence. The wife legit stapled it.. said it was the best tool I've purchased.

From a friend or a neighbor, perhaps in a newspaper.
