Amazon has Philips Hue Play lights for 41% off right now. I have two sets and I would have loved to have gotten them at this price!

You don't need a Phillips Hue Hub to use these, they can connect to your phone with Bluetooth to control them with the Philips Hue app. With that said, I'm sure the experience is a little better if you keep them stationary and do already have a Hue Hub because then more automations will work if you're into that sort of thing.
