Mint has gone to complete sh*t. nothing like it used to be. Customer service does nothing if you're trying to remedy one of the many issues they're having, and they are somehow prioritized below all the other tmobile mvno's

No they just get a new mint number and they still use their existing Google voice number for everything. They just change the forwarding number (which will be the new mint number) and it's business as usual

Mint was good for maybe a year, I loved it, then they got much cheaper on every single network and they bought such low priority data that it became unusable about 4 hours a day in NYC/DC.

Avoid at all cost.

Left Mint about a year ago because they kept charging me a $10 to $15 fee every three months to re-up. Is that still a thing with Mint???

I remember them tacking on an extra fee at checkout. For mint, best price has always been the annual plan so you only need to pay that fee once a year, I'd switch to that plan rather than renewing the 3 month plan.

When did the price change? I just renewed for the year at the same rate as last year with 50% more monthly data.

It's amazing how it just doesn't work for long periods of time. I'm never had phone service so bad from any mvno. I meant to switch but had to keep my old plan because mint is useless, so now I'm paying for two plans Frown

Yep. I remember there being 2 previous mint deals where you would get like $50 credit or something for existing customers. I think it might have been $50 off $200 or something. I don't remember the details, but it was offered right after I renewed my plan, so I did not want to throw down the money.
