    Deal is not dead. I followed the steps OP provided and got the deal as described. Add both items: one is just the 2 pack pad and the other is the water color set. There is a promo where if you buy the 2 pack pad, you get the water color set free. Check out and 19.88 is removed. Clip all coupons for maximum savings.
