The Caro Reaper is pretty hot, eating more than a handful at a time will make you spew fire.
Cayenne and Ghost not really. I don't like the taste of the Ghost flavor, but... everyone is diff.
My only gripe is that I wish they sold them in larger packaging as well. 20 oz packaging would be great. 6-oz is too small and gets relatively expensive if you order often and multiple quantities.
