You might be thinking "but those are what I use the most" and, yes, same here. These ones are just too flimsy to be of any real use. Having 80 seems like a lot, until you go through several of them for one project.
My recommendation would be go for either the 150 or the 327 and then pick up some Dremel EZ-Lock cut off wheels. They're more expensive but that extra reinforcement means you won't have wheels shattering midway through a cut.
I'll even let you in on a tip: The Dremel dog nail grinding attachment comes with an EZ-Lock mandrel and regularly goes on sale, so it's the cheapest entry point for getting replacement mandrels and a few cut off wheels.
It also happens to be the best way to trim your dog's nails without complication: https://a.co/d/1HoQmW3

If you scroll on the pics, it shows the contents of the box. It looks like the 282 box includes a diamond cutting wheel and more pieces geared toward cutting off. The 320 box looks to have more things more polishing and no "heavy duty" cut off wheels.
The 327 box is like the 282 box but just has more of everything and includes rubber polishing bits.

I was going to put a spreadsheet together to make a better comparison, but after eyeballing it, I can say that the 282 and the 320 are the sets to avoid. Both heavily favor cut off wheels, which should be considered filler items with sets like these.

Are these attachments universal? Do they fit on the ryobi or are they Dremel specific?
Yeah they're basically just small drill bits - little cylindrical rods you tighten a chuck down onto.
Right, but that nail guard attachment that was linked. I wonder if that is also universal?
