Yes it will
Think I can just go to the store to trade in devices there and fix it all?

I did this deal on 2 lines yesterday online and purchased the Samsung A03s from the HSN deal. Haven't received the trade-in phones yet. I put dummy IMEIs in for both phones. Will that cause an issue when I send the trade in phones in?
If your store requires you to send in the trade-in, the IMEI "MUST" match. If it doesn't match, Assurant will deny your trade in and you're out $600+.

Super weird. I was going to store today to see if they fixed the system to trade in. Customer service guy called me up beforehand and told me they arent at the moment accepting any S23s as a trade in in the store. He said he wasnt sure why and he thought if you try to do it online it probably wont go through either. His supervisor couldnt help either.

He also said several other people called and tried to do this recently. This might be dead here in Florida.

I may go try another store but that store wouldnt do it at all.

Do the transaction instore and the trade-in is instant in some states. Call your local store to inquire.
Yea, we walked into a B&M location and did this.
The rep said that this has happened to some customers and they don't know why. No way around it as he's tried for hours overriding with managers / call center support / etc.

Thanks for suggestion, appreciate it

Wondering if they would accept trade-in, in store, then mail phone out.

Just left my local Spectrum store. I tried to upgrade the S23 I purchased last week from Spectrum, trying to upgrade to the S23 Plus. They refused to do it and said only one trade-in allowed on each line. I guess I could have opened a second line but decided not to.

At the end of the day, you are dealing with people. It depends on the luck of your draw, if you get someone cool, they will do it; try another time or store. Or, if you don't mind paying the extra sales tax, just trade in online. You get your 1k trade-in offer on the online receipt.

How are you guys getting the first line free for the first 12 months as an existing Spectrum Internet customer? I can only see BOGO - second line will be free when I get 2 lines.

For those who did this in-store, does it still require Spectrum internet?

I have Spectrum stores in the area but my address isn't serviced by Spectrum internet. Wonder if I can still do this deal in-store.
