For me these run large.... I usually wear 32, I go for 31 or 30 with these.

Shorter length shorts are what's in now and that's why these are priced so low. They are good quality if you don't care about style. The picture makes them look short in length but they are not. See the pictures of them on a model for reference.

Are there any recommendations for shorts that are 5inch or 6inch inseam length? These featured here would appear almost like jeans with how long they are

I'm not going to lie I got that thunder thigh going on too and these are my go to shorts... I wore them for 2 weeks trip in Asia where it was 80 degree and 80% humidity... just to be clear I have multiple pairs I didn't wore 1 pair for 2 weeks 🙃

Above knee shorts for most are around the 18-20" for outseam.

I was interested until I saw they're long shorts.

What is the inseam? They list outseam which honestly I have no reference for since other shorts I've shopped for all list inseam length. Looking for a 9" inseam.
