Word to the wise, I ordered a set of these last year, fully knowing that the reviews/comments said they were large speakers.

That's an understatement. They are VERY large.

is 590 too loud for 15x10 media room? is 580 enough?I listen at normal volume..dont like too much bass and loudness...I already have 550p subwoofer

It's not too loud. It's just that they are so big. Your room is about the size of my room, and I would have gone with the 580's if I had to do it over again.

The 590's are too large for a 15'x10' room same with the 580's. The floorstanders need some distance away from the front and side walls. You already have the subwoofer so the 530 bookshelf speakers will probably be best for your situation.
