Anyone know what is the total weight of all packages, i.e., total weight of this set? It is not mentioned anywhere under product details.

Usually the weight and the sturdiness go hand in hand with such sets. For example, the backyard discovery skyfort 2, one of the most popular playsets, is priced around 1600$+ and is 800 lbs or so in weight.

Got this last fall for $500. Great buy at $750 in my opinion. Had neighbors help me, took about 20 man-hours total (4 ppl x 5hrs) including beer and pizza breaks. The tube slide took several hours and required 2 - 3 people.

We bought this a year ago at around this price and the kids love it. If you are handy and patient you can assemble it yourself. Most steps can be done alone. There are videos online that walk through each step and let you know where you'll need an extra set of hands. The tube slide is hardest. My advice is dig a 3-4 inches below where the tube slide touches the ground so it rests a bit below ground level, then fill it back in once assembled. The extra wiggle room this offers is key.

No reviews on Walmart website so I decided to search the product and landed on kidskraft website and reviews are bad. Walmart is not shipping the whole play set. Alot of people are missing the slide. No help from Walmart or kidskraft. So beware, you may be stuck with partial play set.

I also have this from a previous deal. No issues assembling and still holding together well. Like others have said the slide is a bear to assemble, but doable with patience.

Patience and zip ties!

Zip ties to hold things in place for the tube slide was super helpful.

I'll echo the positive reviews of others here, assembled this with my kids over a weekend.

Before you do anything with this, verify you have all the pieces. If you don't, reach out to kids Kraft and they send you the pieces no questions asked. We had some fairly big damaged in transit pieces and they shipped us replacements as we.

It is a quality company that stands behind their product, so it is not a valid reason to not get it because "You may be stuck with a partial set". Between Walmart's return policy as well as kid Kraft, if you put any effort into not being stuck, it won't happen.

They will send most*
If you are missing a slide you have the roll the dice with outsourced Walmart support. I had a hell of a time with this and Walmart ended up charging me for a whole box and BoA cared not to fight the disputed credit card amount.

Second this. Got when it was $500 and pretty decent quality for the price. The slide is horrible to put together. Think I spent 3-4 hours doing just the slide when the entire build took around 8-10. Did it solo.

How has it held up on the weather this far? Where I live sees a wide range of temps and weather and hoping the wood holds up long term

I'm in southeast Michigan so it's only experienced a mild fall, winter and spring so far but has held up well! Even though it is pre-stained, I plan on adding a new coat shortly.

I have a set very close to this, a little bigger with another window section left of the door, it's not as sturdy of build materials at least on the house part, looks like that skyfort uses 4x4 beams, this uses 2x4s. Some of the rest looks comparable around ladder/swing beam etc. Mine came in two pallets and was definitely heavy but the walls are flimsy/thin cedar paneling that you screw onto house frame with plastic strips, it's a bit odd but it does work and does nothing to add structural rigidity. The roof is light/flimsy wood too. I personally not a fan of this set, and others similar like mine, as it does sway a bit on the house side with two kids swinging away. I'll likely need to put some more reinforcement A framing on that house side, which kills the clean look. That said a mini-twister or hyperburst tossed mine 30ft across my yard and was able to cobble it back together with some spare wood parts I had from a shipping snafu, albeit it's a bit beat up. The soft woods and flimsiness/flex at points likely saved it as the roof blew clean off and pulled bolts/screws thru the wood at the swing post. I'll probably try to snag a rainbow set someone's looking to unload on marketplace, I'm seeing free ones pop up more.

I don't remember the weight of each package but can provide personal feedback from owning this set. Usually, there are two to three kids totaling 200lbs playing on it at any given time. We had five kids (including the swings - 200lbs) on it the other day with no issues.

Doesn't tell you the capacity but it holds up well with multiple small(er) children using it.
