Set those items to no substitutions. But, you should probably make sure that you are going decently over the $30 limit with acceptable items in case there are cancelations.
It's 5/21, you'll have better luck now than you would starting on the first of the month. Facts.

long story short, paypal found in my favor.
i stay away from vudu.
Last one I did (which you could do multiple times), I had to submit 2 times the first redemption and like 6 times for the second. Just kept resubmitting the same recipt picture until they accepted it.
