This user review [bestbuy.com] on Best Buy's website says that it does not - "Unfortunately, this model does not have duplex ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), the one with fax does but I don't need the fax function. Canon should include duplex ADF for this model." The B&H model comparison tool [bhphotovideo.com] agrees.

It's on the Best Buy website under specifications "Automatic Two Side Printing - Yes" . It's also on the Canon website.
I was talking about duplex-SCANNING, not printing.
This page says it does duplex scan. I have not taken mine out of the box to confirm

Looks like it suffers from overpriced toner as well. Can't find a cheap generic alternative to the 67H that this uses.

This is reasonable. Sells for $300 on sale brand new sometimes.
