Just FYI - but Asics customer support SUCKS. If you never need to send the shoes back, you're probably fine - but if you do because the shoes are defective - unless you live in Europe you are screwed because Asics has a strict "you touched it last - you own it" policy.

Brooks, Saucony and even Nike have amazing customer service and their policies are realistic.

Found out the hard way a few years back. Stopped buying their shoes and haven't looked back. I like Nike and Saucony.

Just tested every shoe (not every color/size of course), they added ok using chrome. Try Incog and if they add there, you know it is an ext causing the issue. If it works now and not earlier, could have been website glitch.

Thank you for going through the paces for me. There is something f'ed up in my chrome, probably one of the AI extensions, even incognito did not do it. So I just opened a session in Firefox and got the GT2000s - good deal as they are almost double at my LRS and I use these since the 1990s. Thank you OP!!!

Just want to let anyone who has flat feet and over pronation to try out the GT 2000 v10 they've been a legit life changer for my son who's podiatrist said in the 30 years he's examined feet and reviewed the scans he's never seen a pair of feet as flat as his lol
I spent 3 months buying (returning) and testing shoes with my son trying to find a pair that didn't hurt eventually. We went through more than 30 pairs. The Asics GT 2000 v10 and the (Saucony Guide 15) are the only shoes that don't hurt his feet.

Always go for a mile walk in shoes, go jog in them if you can and walk in them for a few days before you say Nope. We learned you can at first like a shoe only for it to really bother you later, same goes for some shoes needing a "break in" period.
