HODL if you don't need it immediately. In retaliation towards Micron lobbying against YMTC causing it blacklisted in the US, Micron just got banned from key infrastructure projects by China. This was announced yesterday, the price will drop very soon.

They will need to make up for the loss in profit. The SSD market is saturated in recent months, so they can't raise the price like they did previously. The other option is to sell more products outside China, so they have to lower the price to beat the competition.

This Chinese key infrastructure ban will artificially reduce the quality demanded of Micron chips. Micron and their associates will have to increase the quantity demanded of their chips by decreasing the prices. I believe this will take a handful of weeks, but it will happen.
