Spent like $375 back in 2019 and it's starting to act up on me. No response from the company in over a week. They said they would get back with me to troubleshoot it and nothing so far.

BidetKing has the BB2000 for $440 now and does often.

I have two of these I bought a year and a half ago for $400 each, and I'll buy more if the price ever drops near that again. I love them and hope they hold up.

I've read some bad reviews on amazon/costco for biobidet when it comes to their customer service. Gotta pray you don't have issues if you buy something from them apparently.
