If you're going to throw out studies, cite them. Bear in mind that most nutritional studies that have findings similar to the ones you're quoting here (i.e. coffee doubles your risk of stroke!) are often poorly designed and only show correlation, not causality. They also often only speak of relative risk without giving adequate attention to absolute risk. But hey, they have a conclusion you like, so ignore the quality of evidence. LOL

Are you talking about this study? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...MC5464538/
A study in which they only tested 20 mice with such a high dose of Ace-K that it would be the equivalent of taking ~2.5grams for a ~150lb human? A study where they even admitted that "We did not measure food intake, body composition and relevant fat pads of mice, which represents another limitation of the study. In addition, we performed a 4-week exposure using a single high dose of Ace-K, while human exposure is frequently long term and at lower concentrations."

YMMV. I must have used the 25% off coupon on a previous Monster deal so it's not offered this time around.

Good price. Just a quick note that Amazon won't refund them if their delivery person slams them and bust cans inside the box. I got the "we will make a special exception this one time but we won't do it again" when it happened to me. Made me cancel my subscribe and save with it because I didn't want that to happen again so I'll wait for a Costco sale.

I've gotten multiple refunds on energy drinks ever since Amazon switched to their thinner cardboard packaging. Every case seems to have at least one can leaking.

Same. I've been buying these from amazon for a while. Once they switched packaging there is already at least 1 can that has ruptured.

With the exception of Monster 24pk cases - those are actually packaged well and never arrived messed up.

It's sugar free but it has Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium which means you're doing more harm than good. Although Acesulfame Potassium is FDA approved, one study done on mice found that it caused weight gain and shifts in the gut microbiome, which could lead to obesity and chronic inflammation. Sucralose alters your glucose and insulin levels, increases risk of digestive problems, alters gut health, damages the GI tract, kills probiotics, may play a role in certain cancers and it generates toxic compounds when heated. But hey, it's on sale so ignore the warnings. LOL

Then a month later a new study comes out that says coffee reduces your risk of a stroke by 50%.

Came out to about $1.29 per can with tax for me. ($19.38 total) I prefer the deals on the 24 packs because they usually have a slightly lower cost per can. I've also never tried these flavors so I don't think I'll risk it on 15 of them.
