This is also explained pretty well in this Technology Connections segment [youtu.be]. I would be pretty floored if this simple chest freezer has some sort of active, gas-pumping, sealing technology. It's an Insignia after all, not a Sub Zero. But hey, maybe I'm wrong.

"gas filling"...please explain?
It's acting like it seals the freezer door. You will hear the pump air sound after closing the freezer door. You can't open the freezer door right away once you close it. Wait for around 10 secs to open the freezer door again. I never read the manual, and maybe there's a way to close this functionality
Interesting, I wonder if it pulls a vacuum on the chamber to create a good seal for increased efficiency after closing. Thanks for the info!
Not sure. I can't find any answer on the page or on the FAQ. I don't think it's just me. Well, from the other point of view, yes, it does create a better seal and saves energy.

Edit: it's not garage ready, if that's important to you.

If you want to save on delivery, I think this one could also be a one-person job, especially if you don't mind sliding the cardboard box across the floor once you get home.
